| 9. | For items a and b above , an employee who has been suffering from temporary incapacity for more than 24 months shall be considered as suffering from permanent incapacity . the court may extend the aforementioned period up to a further 12 months if proper medical treatment and rehabilitation have not been provided to the victim
（对上述a及b项，为期超过二十四个月之暂时无能力推定为长期无能力，如未向遇难人提供必需之医疗及康复治疗，法院得将上述所指之期限最多延长十二个月。 |
